Education Tours by DC By Foot was born from a simple belief – that the most powerful lessons aren’t delivered in a classroom. They happen when a student stands in front of the Lincoln Memorial and feels the weight of history, or walks through a Dubai souk and connects culture to economics.

We are the educational division of DC By Foot one of the most respected walking tour companies in the world, with two decades of experience making destinations meaningful, memorable, and academically rigorous.

Canden Arciniega is a historian, author, and COO of DC By Foot where she has spent nearly two decades turning walking tours into experiences people never forget.

A homeschool parent since kindergarten, Canden brings firsthand insight into every EducaTours program she designs. She knows what works in the classroom because she lives it every day.

She is also the author of Wicked Georgetown, Wild Women of Washington, Images of America: Georgetown, and LeDroit Park.

Pri Zielinski is an entrepreneur, business leader, and author dedicated to sustainable enterprise and cultural education. As co-founder and CEO of DC By Foot, she has reimagined walking tours as a vehicle for environmental responsibility and meaningful cultural engagement. Pri continues to lead student group tours alongside our team in various cities including Dubai and Abu Dhabi. 

An accomplished author, Zielinski wrote The Ultimate Family Business Survival Guide (Pan Macmillan), a practical manual for family enterprises navigating challenges and change.
